Let me get this right: the DVD is being released in the USA only, and the CD is being released throughout the world? Or is the CD USA only too? Have the details been released on what the bonus disc for the CD is yet?

Looking at Amazon it shows one for £16.99 (http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00005RZV4/o/qid=1011695192/sr=2-2/ref=sr_bt_2/202-3441259-2101412) and another for £26.99 (http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00005RZV5/ref=pd_sim_pm_dp/202-3441259-2101412) :eek: so maybe that is the Ltd Ed....BTW these are Imports.
