Does anybody have these DVDs?
Been listening to Sarah Mclachlan's Mirrorball cd and it's fantastic, feedback on the DVD of this would be great, also interested in 'Lilith Fair' which features SM, Sheryl Crow and (mmm....)Jewel, again anyone got anything to say about this title?

I've got the Mirrorball DVD and also her video collection. The DVD of the former contains all the songs from the CD plus a few others in glorious 5.1. It's got multiple camera angles on Fear, Into The Fire and Sweet Surrender, plus an interview with SM, phot gallery, discography and lyrics.
What can I say, it's a concert performance. I tend to bung it on while I'm doing something else and not worry about watching it and save the CD for the car :)
Didn't know about the Lilith Fair one, and as I've got all three's albums I might just have to hunt it down

Cheers m8, I think i'll give this one a go. :)
Lilith Fair (http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00005A0ZK/qid%3D1011651303/202-3441259-2101412) is available @ amazon, 1-2 weeks delivery though. :(
Both are excellent DVDs although the Lilith DVD could have done with performances from the other lesser known artists. Get them both!!:D

Sarah McLachlan is simply excellent!!! Kept visiting hi-fi shows a couple of years back and hearing these wonderful sounds coming from room after room. Twas 'Fumbling Towards Ecstasy'. Bought it - astounding!! That voice! Picked up Surfacing & Mirrorball as a special double pack, and the remixes album in Canada last summer (now available here too...) Can't endorse the laydee enough. Pick up 'Fumbling....', and get those cans on if you want the real-deal. Silent Bob....I kiss you! :D

Just to back up what's been said here already - Mirrorball is excellent - the concert has a nice 5.1 mix, there's an additional (long) interview, and there's also the very nice multi-angle option.
Complete videos is also very nice.
Don't forget Sarah's new single released today - "Angel" on 2 CD singles and 12"! Only three (or is it four?!) years after the album! :p
www.play.com nice and cheap for the DVDs.

just to re-iterate the opinion -- if you even half like the Mirrorball CD - then the DVD is a MUST -- it's really good!!! the perfect singer to just mellow out :D

I receivced a review copy of Lilith Fair last year. sent to me by Videovista (http://www.videovista.net) . I reviewed it there, but haven't got round to doing a DVD Times review yet. It's in the pile with several others.
The DVD consists of concert numbers mixed with backstage video footage, but no other extras (or at least there weren't any on the checkdisc). Picture is 4:3, gneerally looks good - choice of DD5.1 and Dolby Surround soundtracks. It's Region 2 and 4.
