They seem to be quite cheap (just wondering why...)

I spotted them using www.dvdpricercheck.co.uk

I used them for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Excellent service, my copy of Shaolin Soccer arrived within the week for under £10. Will certainly be using them again.

I also used them for the first time a few weeks ago after seeing them on DVD Price Checker (http://www.dvdpricechecker.co.uk/). It took a few weeks for the order to be completed and the status emails they sent me were unreadble in Outlook, but everything arrived last week just as ordered and given their prices I'll certainly use them again.

I've used both Coolashop & DDDHouse for R3 stuff. DDDHouse in general are slightly cheaper.
The other day i ordered Shaolin Soccer, Brother & Gonin, $249HKD inc delivery from DDDHouse, and $254 from Coolashop inc delivery. Theres only 50p in it... DDDHouse are slightly quicker at delivering :D

I know that everyone here has had good service from Coolashop but they're another company that don't do anything for you when things go wrong.

I ordered a disc from them last year and through circumstances that are too long winded to go into - they charged me twice.

After many, many emails to them they promised to refund one of the charges - this never happened and I had to take the matter to my C/card company.

They're great if everything goes right but if not... :(

I'm sticking with DDDHouse.
