Hi-Spek, anygood?

anyone use these before..are they reliable, and do they sort out nay problems ok, and fast?

I haven't used their Mail Order service but bought my Sony 725 DVD player from their shop in Brentwood 3 years ago. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable. Also, when I had problems with the player 2 years after purchase, they offered to look at it for me free of charge.

I used them in April `99, when I bought my multi-region Pioneer DV717. No complaints or hassles at the time...dunno what they`re like today though.
