Are either of these better than a SE W810i [Archive]

Well it's upgrade time again, trouble is compared to my current fantastic SE W810i I'm not massively impressed with any of the new breed. Definitely going to stay with SE though and have been offered a V640i for £0 or a K770i for £25 (also offered a W880i for £25 but I don't like it at all).
I'm leaning towards the K770i, which doesn't look as nice but the V640i seems like a downgrade, so which should I go for?

I'd say the K770 as it has the 3.2 MP Cybershot Camera.
