Seems to be scheduled for a R2 German release 28/11.

Crumbs that's another film I watched in the dim and distant past that I'd really like to get on DVD.

Hope they do it credit when it eventually arrives.

I have only ever seen the last half an hour of this film. It seems great from that.:D

I saw it on ITV 2 weekends ago and it was very grainy - I hope that the master can be cleaned up as it was really pretty atrocious picture quality.

I thought this film had an Angelina Jolie lesbian scene in it...

Not according to IMDB.

I remember reading the novel - shame they didn;t make it.

I know.. really strange..

clear as day, I can remember a trailer on TV...(looking uncannily like "Behind Enemy Lines").

Are you sure it wasn't for the book. I remember seeing an add for Firefox Down. It went along the lines 'see Firefox and read the book Firefox Down the sequel to Firefox'

yeah.. maybe right.

possibly an add for the book but spliced with scenes from the first film.

Even though its very dated, I do like the flight at the end of the film :)

Anyone remember the Laserdisc Arcade Game of the movie ?:smokin:

I remember the arcade game, which as I recall was the first Laserdisc game issued by Pioneer. I even remember seeing some of these discs up for sale by Starship Audio Industries at one time.

A top game from a top movie. I hope that when it does get an R2 release, they release the longer version and not the edited theatrical release.
