Anyone know where I can get a good system for under £500.00
processor speed is most important so no need for fancy graphics & sound cards about 20GIG will be enough as well.

I am not being lasy as I am looking as well.

I have been to Dell, Eclipse, Redstore, EBuyer, Dabs etc.
Just looking for more option.

Try www.europc.co.uk they do factory refurbished base units & monitors very cheaply that are good specs.They dont tell who they are from but you get full warranty with them and as base units go I've not seen any one to beat them on price yet.
