Bought an alien legacy boxset and the fifth disk is damaged(small scratch) and won't play properly. Any idea how long they take for returns? The alien legacy box set was unsealed when i got it, would it be easier to take it back to whsmiths or hmv?

WHSmith & HMV will not exchange items without a valid receipt. Why don't you take it back to an MVC shop?

The mvc closest to me hasn't got any in stock.

Any ideas?

Have you got that little returns slip that came in the box? If you have, send them back in that.

BTW - I've been waiting more than a week for a return. They don't seem too good at CS, methinks. :rolleyes:

I am also waiting for a replacement for my second hand and faulty Robbie Williams DVD, which I got during the Sale, but I sent it back 2 weeks ago and still nothing, I think we will have to wait a long time for this one to get through.
