I have got a copy of True lies The ditch edition from dvdzone2.com.
The disk that came with it is the same as the British edition with the BBFC cert on it.
Does anybody have this version as well and is the dutch edition uncut.

The UK version should be cut, as the BBFC have never passed the uncut version. The latest entry in their database is here (http://www.bbfc.co.uk/website/Classified.nsf/ClassifiedWorks/4F0A95790A77AC4880256A5B0032406D?OpenDocument).

But... I seem to remember some posts a while back that claimed the UK DVD appears to be uncut - in which case Columbia have cocked up and released the wrong version, and, in theory at least, it should've been recalled and replaced with the 'correct' version.

I have the Australian release (which is definitely uncut) so can't comment on whether the UK release is actually cut or not. I guess the easiest way to find out is by watching it - for example if you can see Arnie delivering a double ear-clap during the bathroom fight then chances are it's not cut.

I'd love to own this in PAL so if someone could confirm that the UK DVD is uncut, I'll be very grateful.

This wouldn't be the first time, my supposedly censored 15-rated Tango & Cash DVD is identical to my old 18 rated uncut video.

Forget the UK DVD - the Australian release is uncut, R2/4 dual coded, has excellent A/V, and should be significantly cheaper than the UK disk (and the "forthcoming" - whenever that may be - R1 SE).

I just bought this from Fopp @ £7 and it is not cut. It has the double ear clap shot. I read that the BBFC had cut it and columbia released it uncut by mistake. That is great as the new special edition for next year will be. So if you want it uncut buy the one out now even if there is no extras.
