anyone shopped at microlanduk?

hi im looking to buy some hardware for my pc from www.microlanduk.com anyone had any trouble using them?

Yes

Bought a PC for £850 from them - everything fine and works like a treat - like all pc manufacturers they put in a cheap s/ware modem - but a change of cable sorted that problem.

Service is ok - they messed up my delivery - due friday - but I complained and they delivered the next day.

All in all 7/10

i had a computer from them 2 years ago. They put in a voodoo 2 instead of a v3 and no sound card. They done this twice! They eventually sorted it out and got a new computer 4 weeks later. Dont know if theyve improved now...

I bought some hardwares from them last year. Goods arrived pretty quickly. But they sent me the wrong driver disc for the mobo. Got through to their CS with no problem and the replacement disc arrived a few days later.

hmm.. they dont seem reliable. Why do they keep getting the orders wrong?

their cheap price is attractive, but giving them a wad of cash only to get frustrated, isnt.

Bought the parts for my new computer off them in May - quick and prompt delivery, even after I changed my case order at the last minute. Wouldn't have second thoughts about using them again..

..plus they didn't ship with Parcel Force - so everything turned up on time ;)

I ordered on the Tuesday (2nd April), but my case went of of stock. I opted to wait, but they still didn't have any in when I phoned on the following monday. So I changed my case order to one that was instock and they shipped the same say and it arrived Tuesday. So all in all it took 1 week to be delievered, including the waiting time for the case.

If you want to be certain give them a ring an check at they have stock and I would have tough you would get it in a couple of days..

just got my goods. opened the wrap and couldnt finf the CPU! :eek: had the fright of my life..

but not to fret, as it was tucked into the motherboard box. :clap:
Everything else seems in place, as order.

ordered sunday evening.. arrived Thursday afternoon.. not bad i guess?
