exactly, and even if it was just action scenes, they could have actually been good, and not boring? The more I think about that film, the worst it becomes in my head... It was T E R R I B L E !! :)

there is already a thread (http://www.thedvdforums.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=47898) about this movie, and has been for three days, where the haters can post (and have posted) along with those like myself who love the film. there's no need for a duplicate, however much you hated the film.

Y'know statements like the above,just may have the reverse effect! Although the subject matter and the general 'tally ho'(ness) of war type films leave me cold -U571 etc,
IMO this is def one to see.

If the mods want, they can close it... Maybe people who loved it are too ignorant to see how racist and unintelligent the film was... That's a shame.

that's all just your opinion, Yonathan. same as saying it was superb is only my opinion. i don't think it's racist at all. next you'll be telling me that watto is a jewish stereotype in episode I! :rolleyes:

but you have no ground to stand on as far as the duplication issue goes. if this was in the general forum it would have been closed by now - it is a textbook case of an unnecessary duplicate thread that wastes bandwidth. there was a thread open, both 'sides' were posting on it and you had even already posted the exact same thoughts on there that you did here!

personally, i find your comment about "ignorance" offensive and misjudged and it only makes this thread more likely to be closed.
