You may want to think twice before orderring from them, I have 2 debits from my egg card, which I did not authorise, for 40 quid!!

I would have mailed them however they seem to have ignored all previous mail I have sent them.

O Well Mr EGG is involved now

This sounds very,very unlike ringos - who have he best customer service in the world. How much mail did you send them exactly ?

Had you placed an order for £40 recently with Ringos? If so, then it is very, very likely that Egg have messed up again. They have been having all kinds of problems with transactions being replicated - the money never reaches the store but leaves your account. A friend made a payment to a credit account of £1000 which Egg proceeded to replicate twice placing him well over his limit.

He phoned Egg who then told him that he had told them to remove this money!! In the end, they confessed to their problems so beware!!
