Anyone used Gibsoft.com before?

I made an order on the 10 Jan and my cc was charge immediately, didn't think much cos the site said the product was available in 24 hours (only a £5.99 psx s-video lead) but I still haven't received the thing! I've emailed 2 different address twice and have got no reply :mad:

Yeh, I've had a few things from them... because they don't handle the credit card charges themselves you get charged straight away...

I tend to find that stuff comes in about 2 weeks of the order regardless of if it says 24 hrs on the website (its never kept up to date!)

I recieved my order for 2 sets of DC maracas this morning and placed the order around the 8th or so....

Still stuff comes well packaged and they're cheaper than most suppliers (especially with the 10% off they offer with previous order numbers)

Still, I'm supprised they didn't respond to your mails... I've always got response within 24 hrs....

Yep I've used 'em, twice and never again.

1) ordered PS2 chip on 17th Dec, posted 3rd Jan, arrived 4th Jan
2)Ordered GC VGA box 4th Jan, still not arrived

Both items said "ships within 24 hours"
On top of this they dont answer emails or the phone.
I implore you to use one of the other importers in the UK as imho they are the worst I've dealt with so far :mad:

Thanks for the info, I'll give it a few more days and see what happens. I should've stuck with Divineo, my last order with them came next day.
