I've not had a problem with Rush Hour 2. When did you get your Digitheatre?, if it's an early model it could be one from a batch that Videologic later found to be incompatible with some dts tracks. I had a similar problem with my old Digitheatre and my copies of the Mexican and Cast Away. If you email Videologic they will sort you out with a replacement. (If it is that problem). They came and picked up my old system and replaced it with a brand new one in about 2 weeks.

http://www.videologic.co.uk/Support/SupportFrame.asp if you can't see anything here email them at support@videologic.com . They have brilliant customer service and will most likely replace your system.

Let us know what happens.

What do you mean by 'won't play'?. All my dts tracks worked except the sound would 'clip/drop out' at certain parts during a movie. What confused me most at the time was it wasn't necessarily loud action scenes but usually music that would cut out. Most notably the flashback scenes in the Mexican. It wasn't until i emailed Videologic that they said it was because i had a very early model and that they needed to replace it for me.

How old is your system??

Sorry getting carried away there,i mean clip/dropout and yes i think it does happen more in the quiet scenes.
The trouble is i got mine in the Comet bargain thread so it will probably be all sold out now.Might end up getting the silver one though,as thats what Comet said when i signed up for the cover.:D

In that case i would imagine you should also be covered by Videologic. (Don't quote me on that though).

If you haven't done so i would def email Videologic and explain what the problem is. They are very good with after sales support.
