View Full Version : Faulty Moulin Rouge Disc from Amazon US

Just cracked the packaging on Moulin Rouge last night, and at the curtain raise for the start credits the picture suddenly pixelates, and the 20C Fox logo/tune sounds like it's being played in a gold fish bowl - When I chapter skip - it's a blizzard of white static over the entire movie...! *****!!

Anyone else find any Region 1 faulty discs?

Just one of those things - have you checked the disc for any obvious scuff marks or scratches. This though sounds like a faulty disc - just contact Amazon and arrange its return to them.

The disc's perfectly clean - no scratches or marking...

I'm, goona try the disc on a mates player - Then I'll contact Amazon >

Amazon will more than likely just send you a replacement without you having to send back the defective copy. They are good like that.

yup.... will prob post you a new copy along with a return envelope for the faulty one!

Isn't this more of a Supplier Forum question?

Amazon are good at replacing items, which is why they charge more I guess.
