View Full Version : £20 voucher at Jessops...what to use it on?
I've got an 80d, with the kit 18-70mm, Sigma 70-300mm and the 50mm prime, plenty of memory cards, a decent kit bag and a tripod on the way.
I received a £20 jessops voucher (to be used by the end of october) when I bought the camera, but I'm jiggered if I can find owt to spend it on!
They want £50 for the jessops own CircPol filter (67mm) so I'm much better off just buying from onestopdigital.
Even with £20 off is there anything I should consider buying at their downright ludicrous prices for accessories?

The aforementioned Rocket Blower, or a Lens Pen are both pretty competively priced...
...I'm sure a rummage round their website could find another 10 quids worth of stuff worth having...
Cheers for the options. Not got a rocket blower - are they vital?
They have a Gorillapod SLR for £40 - worth getting one of these for times when the Tripod just ain't portable enough?

one of the camera magazines was doing a free gorillapod slr with twelve months subscribtion not long ago which would cost the same. never used one myself
I have the same problem, everytime I see something I might buy with my voucher I find out it's way overpriced so I'd be just wasting it. I might just pick up some photo paper or a photo album.
I'd towards a GorillaPod SLR-Zoom, it takes Manfrotto/Gitzo heads too, if thats what tripod is coming.

You have to add another £20 to your voucher but you can buy Joby SLR Gorillapod's from
eBay (http://www.thedvdforums.com/jump2.php?url=http://www.tkqlhce.com/click-582776-5826355) for about £25 inc postage.
