I've been looking at TV's for about 2 years now much to my girlfriends annoyance ;)

Just wondering what you peeps reckon is a best buy at the moment.

Just a few specs:

1: 32" Screen (a 28" will be smaller in height than my old 27" sony)

2: FLAT screen (not curvey)

3: It would be VERY nice to have 2 scarts that would accept RGB (I know you normally only get RGB on 1 scart though)

4: Must have a nice bright/sharp/clear image

5: 100HZ if it does not produce lots of horrid digital artifacts, unless you can flip to 50Hz.

6: CHEAP :D

Any suggestions ? I know I'm asking a lot......

Confused by spec 1. IS this picture height or TV height. If its picture height I assume you are comparing a 27" 4:3 against a widescreen equiv. In this case you need to go to a 36".
A 25" 4:3 Tv has the same picture height as a 32" WS TV ie 14"

I'm a bit of a Pansonic Tv fan myslef so would suggest the PG30 or PB 50 rane
ge. Probably doesn't meet the cheap requirement but does have 3 scarts, 2 of which are RGB

Regards my Spec 1 comment. Yes, that was what I was saying. A while ago I measured the physical height of the screen on my old 27" Sony TV. Then went down to Currys and found that a 32" Sony widescreen was almost exactly the same height of actual screen (about 1/4" in it I think)
Anyway..........

Yes, I have seem some really nice Panasonics running in shops with varying qualitys of picture. There was a very expensive 32" at around £1500 with a absolutly stunning picture. Don't know what model it was, but completly clear of any video noise in the colour.... superb.

Anyhow. I like the sound of the 2 Scarts with RGB as that would def be needed. 1 for DVD the other for a console.

Do you know a good place for prices on those models you mentioned ?
