Hi,
I have a Nokia 6670 and am able to use various options in the Nokia PC Suite including backup. However, when I try to Sync it with Outlook or Outlook Express (via USB and Bluetooth), I get an error message saying "PC Sync has encountered a problem and terminated the synchronization". I have uninstalled Nokia PC Suite and re-installed it.
What could the problem be? Is there another way to view my contacts in Excel? Please help, I'm desperate!
