The Overclockers player won't play Bollywood discs.

this is a steal for a great machine.paid £450 for this from Toshiba last christmas.plays region 2 dvds great as well.

i dont think any hd player is multi egion capable for sd material so the region you buy it from is the region your sd dvds must come from.

I noticed blockbuster are starting to stock blu-ray discs for rent now, didn't see any HD discs though, is this a sign of which format is going to be the winner

Blockbuster.co.uk stock both HD-DVD (117 titles) and blu-ray (151 titles) so this does not give any indication which format is going to win.

yes i did,not as up to date as you,does dvd-r video mean the same as dvd-r dvd
