It should have happened about 4 seasons ago but it was one of the greatest dramas of the 90's. I wanted a grandstand finish with Mulder and Scully be thats life.

Carter's been saying this for the last three years and every time Fox offer him more money and does 'One last series'.

I'll beleive it when I don't see it ;)

But I do agree that S6 & S7 were really poor, but personally I like Agent Doggit, I think Robert Patrick has done an excellent jon in restoring the show to it's former glory.

This time it will be over - its viewing figures are just going down and down in the States which equals disaster for shows in the US. Same goes for Ally McBeal which is also going the same way fast.

Will look forward to the next X-Files movie though!
