VCDs (CDRW) on Sony S725-d??

I know you can run official VCDs on the Sony S725-D DVD player, but I want to burn some mpegs onto a VCD.

I know that Cd-r's don't work in it, but I heard that CD-RW VCDs do.

Anyone tried this?

I've used Memorex, Traxdata and no name CD-RWs on my 725 with no problems - only for audio though. Couldn't get any CD-Rs to work - tried various types.

What are you using to get the MPEG in the right format and burn the VCD?

LG and Argos Maxell CDRW's work fine for VCD,CD and MP3 on my 725.

Both Adaptec and Nero are ok for this,but use the CD Extra option for audio.

Most CDRW work on the 25 series forget the MP3 though
