who cares if its a grey import? Almost all equipment is Japanese, therefore its imported by someone.
As to your question - yes, they are very good - got my Pioneer 737 from them last year, and no complaints, and I got the best price at the time by quite a margin.
Same here, I bought my Panny RV60 off of them last year for a great price.
Quick delivery, no worries.

It bothers some people though, ask OVERLORD. LOL!!

I got my Tosh 2109 from them in Oct '99 and it's still going strong. As it was my first ever DVD purchase they were very helpful and super quick at getting it delivered.
Would certainly purchase from them again

Would not touch them. I ordered a player (Panny 160) and was told when it would arrive. Stayed in that day, it didn't come. rang them up, it had never been shipped and there were none in stock. Changed order to Pioneer 525 and was promised that it would personnaly be sorted out by the chap in charge. Again stayed in for the del date. Again it didn't turn up. Again I called. Again it had not been shipped.
I cancelled the order and went to the local sevenoaks Hifi instead.
