I'm quite enjoying some of this and though I'd see if any other posters may have picked it up or downloaded it yet. Their cover of Blondie's "Rush Rush" is very impressive.
Got a mighty 3/10 in NME but what do they know eh! Pills n Thrills will always be in my top 10 albums of all time. Yes Please was poor though, not heard this one yet.

Lyriclly Ryders as good as ever and sounds in fine voice.
Unfortunatly the band, who ever they are. Sound like wine bar funk lite session men.
First track sounded quality, something the NME review actually agreed with. Liking it so far (only on 5th track)

Might have been a misprint. The same review gives it a 7/10 on the NME web site which is actually pretty fair. Jellybean is one of the five best Mondays tracks IMO. They should have put Playground Superstar on the album.

Dragging this thread back from the dead... Shaun Ryder got wed this week. Check out the pics! http://www.3am.co.uk/very-funny-wedding-photo-of-shaun-ryder-from-happy-mondays-/21436/
 Just looks like some middle-aged bloke getting married to a moderately attractive middle-aged lady.
Anyone who can write and sing this:
I don't do what you do
and you don't do what I do
but you should do
deserves to be cut some slack forever!
and let's not forget ... "Son, I'm 30 , I only went with your Mother 'cos shes dirty"

That's some picture alright, but he can do no wrong in my eyes after some of the Mondays stuff and the genius first Black Grape album.
