From each of the four top divisions, pick two teams who will do well and two who won't.
Each team scores their league position, so if they are first they get 1 point, 22nd they get 22 points.
For the Dream League the aim is to have as few points as possible, for the Nightmare League as many as possible.
There will also be a combined total, so three competitions in one!!!!
As for prizes, how about donating a sports related book, as the cost of entry, or should we just keep it for fun?
