Hey musicians - Piedog?

Anyone dealt with www.piedog.com - an internet retailer of all things musical?

I ordered three things last month; two turned up, one said to follow.

Five weeks later still nothing on the third item front, I called them up, they said the item was out of stock til, like February.

After a few calls to them they offered another item, said they'd put it in the post that day.

And I'm still waiting, after a couple of calls today and the same guy saying he'd call me back in five minutes on both occasions and each time failing to do so.

Corks, I feel better now!

Anybody got any information on this company?

I have been waiting over six weeks for delivery of an item they promised in three to five days, despite them telling me it had already been depsatched twice.

They lie consistently and repeatedly when asked about when it is due, and they seem to have terrible problems with their courier company (interlink) who always ship the products to the wrong address.

I know the company information is as follows:

And that the managing director is called Ken Campling. But I'm looking for a direct phone number for him, or an address I can send a letter to that will no go through their terrible customer services.

And my advice in the mean time? STEER CLEAR OF THEM!

That's a shame to hear; I last used them in 2002 for some (heavy) twin-tier Quik-Lok keyboard stands, and they arrived OK. They were very helpful (and accurate) on the phone too, when I asked when I could expect to receive the goods.
