Timetable

to come

Rules

1. Matches are to be played on a home and away basis. I suggest these are played in the same session one after the other to keep the league moving at a decent pace.

2. The setting for the matches are :-

Matchtime – 10 mins
Injuries – Yes
Extra Time – No
PK – No
Weather - Fine/Random - Home players choice.
Player Condition – Random

3. The bottom 3 teams in the division will be relegated. The Top 3 promoted. With the 4th from bottom team playing a two legged play off against the 4th placed team.

4. If a player drops out of the league, any replacement will carry on with the leaving players unplayed fixtures. If no replacement is available, the leaving players previous results will be removed from the league.

5. If the connection disconnects during the match then you restart the match and if there was a player winning at the moment then you restart with him winning 1-0

6. If you are getting lag then let the other player know, with PES6 you can type messages in game so theres no excuse

7. Results should be posted here and on Bolch's site, you need to login to do so, if you dont have a login please see Bolch.

8. Anybody falling behind in playing their matches will be kicked up the arse by me and you will have me moan at you so much you will have no choice but to quit or play your games . A timetable will be posted in the 1st post of the season thread when ive worked it out.

Allowances will be made for holidays / work commitments if advance notice is given.

9. There will be no restrictions on the number of games that can be played in a week. However try to pace yourself so all your games aren't played in the first week.

10. There will be no room for trouble makers/time wasters, i will kick you out and as long as im running these leagues you wont be playing again. :p

11. And remember the most important rule of all, enjoy the game, have fun and NO BITCHING FFS :razz: :razz:

Oh its not just him - Simao, Luisao, Rui Costa, Miccoli and others make them a really dangerous team. You go 4-3-3 with them and they become a VERY tough team to play against :notworthy

what can i say i had all luck over the two games.

unlucky steve in the first game it was 1-1 for ages then i scored to amke 2-1 and then he swopped a defencer for a striker to go for the win but it just opened the floodgates.....

Two very enjoyable Games

The first game a lot of attacking play first game a screamer of a volley from iaquinta smashed the crossbar only for Muntari to tap in the rebound gave me the lead and the the 83rd Minute a Screamer of a goal by Robert Kovac:eek: leveled the score.

Second game i took the lead once more with a tidy finish with Di Natalie and then Floyd Goes and scores another screamer but this time with Nedved:mad:
But The 84th minute iaquinta scored from a beautiful dummy by Muntari and then he scored again in injury time with a peach of a header:clap:

4 points from my first two games with Udinese ;)
Couldn't of asked for a better start:D

To be fair you outplayed me 1st game, one almighty scramble on my own line turned into a breakaway for me where I scored 4 mins from time. :eek:

Almost a dream start for the South London boys. Only a injury time equaliser stopped them taking all 6 points.

To be fair, both games were end to end and both teams could have won. Standout moment was a 30 yarder from Riquelme (sp?)

A couple of classic encounters. 1st match weeB had total control until a mistake midway thorugh the 2nd half when his keeper, who was holding the ball ready to boot it up pitch, decided to just drop the ball. I almost felt ashamed as i stole it and tapped it into an open goal.

2nd match was end to end with the woodwork being rattled a number of times. The youngster told me off for scoring 2 cutbacks, but, hey, when you're losing you do whatever it takes to score!

Jebus, the two ronnies gave me the right runaround first game with only Cech saving me from a cricket score at half-time, Ronaldo did manage to smack one in from 20 yards through Latka's legs in the 3rd minute though!! Drogba and Sheva managed to sneak me the win in the second half..

Second game both keepers had mares with Cech throwing in ManU's equaliser first half and van der sar throwing away the game in the second.. :nuts:

West Ham 1 - 3 PES Utd

First (of many :suspect:?) 6 pointers for the Konami Pub Team. 1st game scored after 3 mins to proove they meant business. Scored a second on 36mins and were crusing. Sheringham pulled one back on 75 mins to set up a tense final 15, however the match ended in controversy when a PES Utd Striker got 1 on 1 with the keeper, tapped it past him for the keeper to bring him down in the box and Graham '****' Poll waved play on. Managed to hold on for the win.

2nd game was 1-1 at half time with Tevez ploughing through the back four to calmy slot home 1st with 'Tuna' Meltinger snatching the ball from a sleepy defender just before the break. 2nd half saw a repeat of the 1st games controversy when again the West Ham keeper pulled down my striker in the box but again Graham (un)Poll(ished helmet) waved play on. A Keeper parry into the path of an incoming striker gifted me a second which made HS9 blow his top (I know, I heard it from here) and from there his players were all over the place which gifted me a 3rd goal to add a bit of polish to the result.

2 very tough games that could've gone either way to be honest.

3 Points a piece, but feel slightly hard done by. 1st game was a disaster, players walked the ball off for a throw in on several occasions. In both games I managed to beat the keeper for a clear shot only to have my striker **** it over the bar in 1st match, and out for a throw in in the second :nuts: Both games were rather subdued, because Brendon was playing a strong passing game and PES Utd don't have the stamina to play a pressing game to counter that. Because of this Brendon's goal in the first came as I was nodding off :p

The magical Japanese deflection pixies were at work in the 2nd game. Was pretty much on top at 2-0 then my keeper decides to spill 2 pea-rollers in the last 5 minutes to hand DO a point :|

3 Points a piece, but feel slightly hard done by. 1st game was a disaster, players walked the ball off for a throw in on several occasions. In both games I managed to beat the keeper for a clear shot only to have my striker **** it over the bar in 1st match, and out for a throw in in the second :nuts: Both games were rather subdued, because Brendon was playing a strong passing game and PES Utd don't have the stamina to play a pressing game to counter that. Because of this Brendon's goal in the first came as I was nodding off :p

Vastly differing formations and like you say, the way I play, didn't make for great games, they sort of cancelled each other out.

As for missing open goals, serves you right for going around my Charlie of a keeper :lol:

BOTH keepers in the squad have already cost me goals in all games so far :(

Unlucky mate. That goal where the keeper caught it over the line would have been a bit harsh and I was very pleased when it was rightly ruled offside :p

Couldn't break through the Pompy defence and rawowl couldn't be arsed breaking through mine so just shot from 20/30 yards all the time, when he wasn't running the ball to the wings :lol: Second game was a nightmare, more long range strikes and several edge of the box crops stopped me getting anything despite feeling like I played the better ball.

2 Top notch games. Deserved sweet FA from the first game. Got battered by MrSpoons and only his drunk forwards and my keeper kept a clean sheet. I only had 3 shots in the whole match! 2nd match was a lot more even ending on 10 shots a piece. MrSpoons scored first I leveled it on 75 mins only for MrSpoons to pull away again 5 mins later. Very nearly got an equaliser in stoppage time, broke through the defence and fired it straight at the keeper.

At 88 mins in the first game my stoopid Goalie didn't see a soft half-hearted shot from 20 yards until it was 2 inches from his shoulder at which point he dived and missed it. Then Metalger (Solid) ran straight back up the other end and thanks to a defensive error snatched the draw back again. 2nd game saw Ono take the lead in the 1st half. Threw everything I had at him in the second half playing a 4-2-4 to no avail.

Completely dominated with Drogba scoring in the first minute and from then on the shots rained in but the keeper blocked and parried everything.. :| Finished the half with a shot count of 11(8) v 1(0)!!

Second half Barca came out firing scoring in the 50th min and then had the gall to take the ****ign lead with only their 3rd shot of the game (slight hint of cutbackness though..) Spunked away another couple of chances before a pinball session in the area saw Cole do his best to try and fire the ball over the bar from an inch out, but luckily the underside of the roof of the net stopped the ball from leaving the stadium. Messi then ran up the other end in the 80th minute and all my ****ign defenders just watched him wander into the area and fire through the keeeper's legs. Luckily Shevcheko managed to mis-hit one off his cock from the edge of the box to draw the game level a few minutes later.. :brickwall :brickwall

Was worried about these games as I know Villareal are a tough team with Riquelme and Forlan. First game I thought I played really well and was 1-0 up at half time. Overall I only had slightly more shots than Da Outsider but he didn't score until I was 3-0 up and the game was quite safe. Second game everything dropped to me and I Villareal were never really in it. Seemed like one of those games where seabasss had already chosen the winner before it started.

Second half Chelsea somehow took the lead twice with a patented 4-2-2 formation but ironically were pegged back the second time when I reverted to a defensive 4-3-1.. and my controller nearly went through the fricking screen..!! :mad: **** knows how but Robben managed to blindly swing at the ball in the last minute from the corner of the box and the winner flew in the far corner.. !! :eek:

Well played. :thumbs:

Out muscled by a strong Spurs midfield and defence and with my defenders being **** and on blue arrows, I was never going to win those game and ended up disconnecting.

It's going to be a long old season.

grrr hate playing phillai for one reason only - his connection which hasn't gotten any better since day 1 :mad:- I recommend smartclose (freeware prog). Either that or turn your torrents off, cos the lag is unbearable. Its the only time it ever happens now so its not a konami local issue thing.

Outclassed for most of the 2 games bar the second half of the 2nd game. But a late breakaway goal after I overloaded on a corner cost me the point. Rest of the games I was just losing possession all the time. Can't use Koller at all with Monaco at the moment - I'm probably the worst crosser of a ball in the PL in PES so I just can't utilize him properly. Di Vaio seems to have turned into a complete sack of crap in PES6 and the rest is very average. Need to find a Koller-friendly formation otherwise I'm just cannon fodder this season.

Far more effective in that game with a different formation. Koller a threat throughout including a fantastic curling strike and I actually scored a couple of headers! Paid the price though in the second game with a last second equalizer for PSV after trying to play my out of the area. Lost count how many times I get punished for that in that last few minutes. It will NOT happen again as I'm now using a LAUNCH IT tactic in the last 5 mins now.

I'd agree with Crayon here, sorry Phillai, but your connection is pretty awful where lag is concerned. I thought you changed ISPs but it sounds like thats made no difference.

Two of the most abysmal games of PES ever - both of us played the most insipid games ever with no attack ever getting on top in either game. Took a scrappy mess of a goal to give PJG the 4 points and leave Monaco flat on their arses. Played Koller with a light blue arrow in the 2nd game and he was utter ***** :lol:

Quicker I play my Monaco games, the better :lol:

Really terrible games. Both sets of players stumbled around the pitch like they had stinking hangovers and no one could ever keep control of the ball at all. Two draws would have been fair but somehow my player managed to stumble around in the box long enough to set up a tap in for my other striker. Unlucky mate.

I hope the rest of our games are better than that :lol:

First game was almost played at friendly place.

Second game I totally controlled as Brenda failed to utilise the long range abilities of Vogel and the Mighty Slaphead (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c5ujdNyjWLw).

Think I should achieve my main ambition this season :D

So up and down Monaco - 2 utterly dire ties and 2 fantastic ties from them. Jan Koller was simply terrific over both games and the Spaniards couldn't slow him down at all. Managed to nab all 3 points in the first game with a late winner after Villarreal had just equalized with a couple of mins left. Second game was resembling a rout at 2-0 with Monaco rampant but a Riqueleme header revitalized Villarreal. I was rocking for a little while but a Koller late double to complete his hattrick sealed the deal.
