Jurassic Park, wasn't it?
http://www.dtsonline.com will probably tell ya.
DTS In Theaters:
DTS first hit the theater in 1993 with the release of Jurassic Park. While DTS is a six-channel surround sound, like Dolby Digital, it differs from Dolby Digital in a number of significant ways. Like Dolby Digital, DTS has a very large presence in theaters. There are currently nearly 18,000 theaters that feature DTS surround sound playback.

Yep Jurasic Park. I pretty sure that Batman returns was the first to use DD. Also sure that whilst Star Wars was one of the first to use Dolby Surround it wasn't the first.
