This may seem like a supplier post...but it isnt.....Um.

Ok, havnt seen the film, but i know ill love it becuse i have a friend who...long story doesnt matter. Anyway, i really wanna get it now, and i really would rather spend 8£ on the chinese dvd than the 20 quid Sh!te tartan one. So im ordering from DDDhouse (??) and it says it costs

"98.00 HK$", now, me know nothing about that, how much UK money is that...about 8 pounds or what..

also, whats the actual dvd like, i mean are there menus...or whatever. Thanks very much for the help! :)

also, how long will it take, usually, how many days does it take to arrive? thankyou very much for helping me....dan.

$1 = £0.089!! Not a bad exchange rate that! ;)

DDD's service is excellent & usually the dvds arrive within 6 days of shipping conformation. Just lately they're a bit busy though, so you can expect to wait around 4 days for them to ship it to you.

I haven't seen the DVD myself, but from the reviews I've read I gather that it has average pic quality, but a very good DTS audio track. Either way, it looks alot better (& cheaper) than the crappy UK release by Tartan.

As for the DVD, it's fairly basic - non-anamorphic NTSC, but there is DTS. And yes there's a menu but unfortunately not much in the way of extras (just a trailer which has no English subtitles).

Yeah the menus are very easy to navigate even if you don't speak Japanese and the DVD is pretty good, but at the end of the day what do you want for £8?! It's reviewed on my site also - check it out HERE (http://www.electronicreality.co.uk/reviewpage.htm)
