I'm not sure what they mean by IPod ready on this - there's no mention of it (or the required adaptor) in the manual. It has an Aux in so you can plug your iPod into it but I can't see any other method of integrating the iPod...

I know the website has that in the small print but the actual manual for the unit makes no mention of it which is why I asked. Hypnotists answer helps though as that adaptor fits with all Blaupunkt heads units made from 2001 onwards. Just odd that the manual doesn't refer to it as far as I can see.

Probably. Worryingly though even the latest manual for the iPod adaptor doesn't list the London (or Kingston) MP35 as compatible.

I was particularly interested for the iPod integration but buying the kit adds another £55 on to the total cost.

Good deal for just the head unit though.

I have a Kenwood car stereo with their iPod adaptor. Well worth the money. Can change tracks and playlists from the controls on the stereo. iPod sits in my glove box and I have access to 30gb's worth of stuff. Displays track names too. Better than having to mess with the ipod itself to select albums etc.

what a bunch of assholes scan are, ordered 1 car radio, they charged me for 2, then they decline my card and refuse to refund me saying "its upto your bank not for us to refund you". Never using them again.
