Hi,
Had Sky HD installed a few months ago and it's worked fine.
This morning, I can't get it to work. (cheap Mirai hdtv). I've tried by hdmi, by scart, and with another tv. The dvd and vcr work fine on the tv but don't have any arial to plug in to try terrestrial tv.
I think the sky box was "red" when I got up, so I hit sky on the rmeot and it turned green but no picture.
I haven't had sky plugged in through the telephone - do they cut people off without warning for that? I've tried plugging it in and nothing.
What else can I check? Not sure what else to try (other than start scouring the net). Will call them tomorrow if it is still off but want to make sure I am not missing anything silly before I do so.
EDIT: Never thought to try unplugging the plug it, so trying that now.
