Can someone who's ordered off these guys tell me what their usual method of shipping is? Also what does "insured" actually mean, will someone have to sign for it or is it just a surcharge?

I'd have seached for forums to find out if this had already been answered but someone's disabled the search function! Hmmm...! :)

I never bothered with that option myself on the few ocaisions I've used them. Sometimes they take absolutrly ages though.
