Have just received two copies of this, meant to be new but both are unsealed. No particular problem with that as both are in good nick but they don't have a Chapter listing/booklet in the case.
They are not in that awful pyramid thing but a standard amaray.
Can anyone confirm if they have a copy of this DVD with a chapter listing/booklet present?

I have the same edition and the chapter index is on the flip side of the cover art. It's in a clear plastic case and you can see the back of the cover on the inside.

Bought this one in Sweden but it's supposed to be the same as the UK edition.

First thing I checked. Definately not on reverse of outer cover. :(

In that case it must be fairly standard on this edition (Cat MP113D) not to have one.
Thanks for your help, I won't be ringing Woolworths to complain afterall.

I got a copy recently for taking out a subscription to SFX magazine and mine does not have Chapter listing/booklet in the case either.

I posted a thread about this when I got the disc last year.
It seems that Momentum have forgotten to create an insert - unless they spent their entire packaging budget on the daft pyramid thingy, and didn't heve enough left to make a decent Amaray version :(
