I'm looking for the cheapest online CD suppliers (inc delivery.) I'm particularly looking for Feeder - Echo Park, The Strokes - Is This IT? and OPM - Menace to Sobriety. Views on those 3 cds would also be appreciated (to stop me buying a pup!)

Another vote for CD-WOW. Also can recommend the Feeder and Strokes albums. Hardly been out my cd player since I got them.

And for American CDs, Play.com are pretty good. They usually have the CDs that the major stores sell as imports for ludicrous amounts for around a tenner.

Those CDs sound pretty fair to me!

Although CD-WOW would get my vote too, it should be pointed out that their range of stock can be slightly limited.

Your best bet would be to compare prices whenever you buy online - but then again, I would say that, wouldn't I? :D
