Is the Reoc A3 DVD Player a good dvd player?

Is the picture and sound good?

Does it have multi region, and can it be macrovision disabled?

How does it compare to the £99 dansai from tesco?

Multiregion - yes, via a simple hack.

But no macrovision disabling hack.
It also does not output DTS (according to specs anyway).

As for quality... There don't seem to be many owners.. But kaptinK posted that he had lots of problems with his Reoc A5 and ended up getting a refund.

The Dansai seems a better buy. It has lots of happy owners.Considering that it has sold a lot more than the Reoc, there seems very few postings of problems.
