Found these on Dark Horizons

http://www.ilm-jobs.com/ilmshorts.html

Having real trouble as it seems to be a kind of download/stream combo which is taking forever on my 56k. Those with Broadband can gloat that they have got them in 2 seconds.:D

Anyway, what do you make of them?, So far i've seen about 7 seconds of the first one. It has Richard Wilson doing the voice of some scientist. On very first looks it looks like some quasi- CGI/Aardman animation combo. Looks very good.

I haven't made out if it's for some film or just general R+D, the inclusion of Richard Wilson would suggest it's prolly for something or another.

Anyway i'll shut up now, check them out.

Anyone tried this??

I hinted that that were more than one in my first post when in fact it's just the one. The other links are for the credits.

I got a little further last night, upto the point of some huge goldfish swimming around a forest:nuts: . I had to give up then as i was downloading for two hours and was about to be booted.

Anyone seen the end??, does it say if it's from a forthcoming movie, tv series??.

Looks fun in anycase.

This IS fun, and started playing as soon as I arrived (thank god for internet access at work).

I'm pretty sure this is a standalone item that some ILM research team have produced in order to use up and justify their annual budget. A movie of this would be soo scatalogically insane - like Kentucky Fried Movie on Acid - which actually sounds rather promising now I think about it.

That's what i was thinking but why would they use a reletively well known person like Richard Wilson??

Excellent animation though. Just wish i could have seen the rest.
