Wii, how much better PQ over component than RGB scart

I will be getting a Wii next week, my TV has one component (used by my 360) and one VGA. I'm guessing the best way for me to connect both the Wii and 360 to my TV is to go VGA for the 360 and component for the Wii.

Are there any other considerations / factors to consider when using VGA for the 360 ?
