Sent them a mail to their returns address, as I've got a problem with my True Lies disc, on the 9/1 and not heard anything back from them!!

How long have others had to wait when they've mailed them?

I got sent 2 copies of True Lies by ezydvd (and billed for both). I sent them an email and got a reply withing a couple of hours (it was 11pm there time). By the time I got in next day, they had sent me all the info on what to do and said they would refund my card. I'd sold on the disc, so it didn't actually matter in the end.

They are usually very good with customer service side of things.
Ordered a load of Friends DVD's but received a duplicate and was missing one.
Sent an E-mail and within a couple of hours was given an address to send back the duplicate to. And got the replacement disc rushed out which I received in 3 days.
Was compensated for the postage with a free sample DVD music disc.

Oh dear, I was just about to add them to the price comparisons on my website but now I'm not so sure...

I'm not heard too many bad things about them so hopefully it's just a minor cock-up on their part.

Touch wood, I have never had any trouble with them and rate them quite highly my only criticism would be they are not customs friendly especially with box sets.

I've never had any problems with Ezydvd apart from them debiting my card twice on one particular order, but before I had noticed they had already sorted it out.

That's a bit weird, the same thing happened to me when I first ordered from them. Again, as you experienced, the first I knew of it was when they e-mailed me to let me know of the refund for the second charge!

No problems with EzyDVD either - ordered around 5 discs of them, all delivered within 2 weeks max.

No problems here, had an order or three and they all arrived within four days. Regarding box sets I ordered the Hannibal/SOTL 'Box set' (both films in a flimsy cardboard sleeve  still I guess it's the thought that counts :)) and it was marked at about half it's true value which brought it down well below the magic £18 limit :D So I guess it just depends on whether they remember or not.

Not had any problems at all with the customer service. My Spinal Tap arrive (shrink wrapped) with only Disk One. E-mailed them and got a response within the day and the disk within two!
