canon 400d lens

Hi

I am after a telephoto lens for my canon 400d i have about £200 to spend (could go a bit more if its worth it|) so one stop is on my list for a saving!

I have a list below what would people say is the one to go for and why?

I will be using outside for pier and harbours shots so dont want anything too heavy as could have to do a bit of walkin!!

Also i need to put filters on my lenses for protection more than anything wot does the job?
