I have the task of ordering a decent camcorder for use in a school. This will be used mainly for school productions, sports events, assemblies, x-factor competition, leaving 'prom' etc. I expect to spend at least £1000 - Any recommendations?
I also need to purchase a decent digital camera, maybe an SLR. This would be used for all school events, with its first major job being the school prom, again any advice appreciated.
