Dixons on-line. I ordered a PS2 grand theft auto 2 pack on the 29th December 2001, it's still not arrived to this day!!!. When ordering they said it would be with me within 2 weeks!!.

I got the receipt through the post but no goods, feels weird. Needless to say, I'm not happy.

Yep, Dixons online, bunch of muppets! I ordered a Tivo from them got told about 4 days delivery, nothing arrived, waited a bit, phoned, was told that my "video recorder" would arrive in about 4 days, waited, nothing, phoned, they then asked me exactly what it was that I ordered as they didn't know (but it would definitely be with me in 4 days), at that point I lost my patience and cancelled it. Luckily my local branch got a few in stock that very day.

A few days later a got a letter from Dixons online offering me an extended warranty on my "Video Recorder":clap:

It seems my local dixons has stopped doing the Grand Theft Auto 3 pack, that's why I had to order on-line.
