Haven't watched it yet, but I presume it's Mugen? Yeah just watched it and answered my own question :D

The vomit super and Quagmire ending are just genius.

Is it some sort of mock-up or is that an actual game?

Mugen is a beat-em-up for PC's, but the key thing is that people are adding their own characters, backgrounds...everything to it. Trouble is you're more than likely breaking a lot of copyrights so strictly speaking the thing itself is probably naughty.

Though it looks a load of hassle mind you, in regards to setting it all up.

I just clicked it again and watched it all the way through and didn't get a single pop up :?:

(Using IE by the way)

It was always designed for people to use it in this way. Some of the characters people have created for it are brilliant, as are the backgrounds and GUI skins.
