Panny CRT showing black screen on terrestial channels ?

Hi all,

Up until a couple of weeks ago, my Panny 32" CRT has been fine.

However recently it has started just showing a black screen on any of the normal TV channels - inc RF feed from the Sky box. The AV channels are fine, just the TV Tuner ones have a problem.

I am assuming if there was no signal it would be white noise rather than black ?

Anyone got any ideas what the problem might be ?

Try uplugging the sky box and hooking the tv direct to the aerial.If that works then at least youll know its not the telly. My panny refuses to display terrestrial ch5 when the humax is connected into it. It must be near to the same frequency or something.

Think I have found the problem. It looks like it was Sky+'s new "auto standby" functionality.

But I can't figure out why the Sky+ box is not passing through the RF signal when it's in standy :?:
