View Full Version : Canon 30D - Setting 2 AF points?
When i originally bought my Canon 30D in August last year i'm positive i was able to set two AF points etc from the normal 9. However, i've been using the normal single AF point while cycling through and i've been doing that for ages. The option seems to be all 9 or 1. I've been meaning to ask how i get that option back, but keep forgetting..
Any ideas?

I didn't think it was possible
Nope, Don't think it's possible. It's either 1 or all 9.
BUT you may be getting confused. When you select 'all', the camera decides which and how many it needs to use, so you may have hit autofocus, and seen two flash, as that's all that was needed for that shot?
Yeah, i know it only uses some when its on 9. Its really weird cuz i'm so sure when i got it i was able to cycle to the two right for example. Even at the time I got it working and then played around with it the next day and thought hmmm how do i get that option back.
Thanks anyway though!
