Is Jurassic Park 3 out yet to buy (instore)

I know its out to rent today but is it out to buy as well today from high street stores, ie Blockbuster, Comiet etc.

I believe Feb 11th is the day we get it retail.

Anyone know if the rental has the dts track that the Aussies also had?.

dude i know u said instore, but i ordered mine from dvdimport.com a week b4 xmas, cost £13 all incl and is region1 with the dts soundtrack, stunning sound if u have a dts setup!

according to the rewind site both disks (Region1 and Region 2) are identical with the exception of dvdrom features, which differ a bit.
