Hi
I had a waterproof disposable camera which I got developed at "Snappy Snaps" in Reading. I was told the pics would be 300dpi.
The below is one of them. To me, it looks like a 1544x1024 low res image at 72dpi. Can someone else confirm this for me? (I'm pretty sure I'm right).
Anyway, to me the picture looks really grainy and heavily compressed and frankly, I'm shocked. Is that due to a rubbish kodak swim camera, or a mix of low res negative scanning and heavy JPG compression? I only have the negs and a CD - didn't bother with prints.
Looking forward to the replies.
thanks
Dave
