View Full Version : Ebuyer - 3 day delivery - what does that actually mean?
What's the general experience of when a 3-day delivery order arrives. I am trying to time it so that I can take delivery when at home on Friday, so when should I order? Everything is in stock at present.

i've had loads of orders from ebuyer and it's varied between next day and 3 days. If you really want it to arrive friday - i'd order it on thursday and use next day delivery - it only costs about £4 more.
Ok, thanks. Any ideas who they use for couriering? Do they re-try delivery for a few days if you are not around?
parcelforce. They just keep on retrying unless you can be bothered to go to their depot. (or in my case the guy dumped it at a distant neighbours).
...it does depend on your area though, 80% of the deliveries I've had from Ebuyer have been via City Link:rolleyes:
Delivery companies r all crap, although Parcel Force isn't to bad, but Ebuyer seem to like Initial City Link, who are the most lame business I have ever had dealings with on more than two seperate occations!. How they manage to stay in business is beyond me.
