TOSHIBA 32WD98B - picture break up - anyone else ? [Archive]

I have the Toshiba 32wd98b and have noticed in the last few days a break up in picture. Digital artefracting - basically pixellisation is appearing all over the screen in a a checked formation. Each small rectangle being about 1/4 in long and 1/8 inch wide. Even when watching DVDs or SKY. It is very evident and can clearly be seen with both Sky and DVD.

I am led to beleive this was an issue with earlier models of this set and Toshiba are aware....

Can anyone offer any help ? The TV is only 15 months old...

NB - I have called Toshiba and they seemed aware of the issue and refered me to my dealer....

Has anyone else had this issue and if so, how was it resovled ?
