And they also have PES6 for the 360 for £14.99 delivered.
Let's hope Pro Evo 7 is a significant step up from Pro Evo 6.

Yeh this pro evo 360 was a sort of bridge between generations. This one has to fully deliver
I've upped my PC and monitor (at a cost of £1800) in readiness for th "next gen" PC version so they had better deliver. :suspect:
I haven't even spent £1.80 recently, so I'm hoping it's not.

Well with there being a PS2 version again, I'd not be too hopeful of that :D
Goodness, I hope that isn't the case.
One interesting thing though. If the fabled Pro Evo pad does not arrive for the 360 then I will likely have to go with with PS3 version.
Can imagine some of use being all 3 leagues

More importantly, will Petr Cech's helmet be anatomically correctly rendered?

I'll be getting the ps3 version over the 360, unless the two are substantially different.
I'll be getting a PS3 to play the PS3 version if it's any good.
Can't stand the 360 pad.
(as Brendon says - "too much money" :D )

Seriously considering the PS3 version myself. Not got any of the next-gen consoles yet, but if PES7 is next-gen from the bottom up, I don't think it will run too well on my PC.

Upgrade then. :suspect:
If the PC version isn't the PS2 version again, I'll be absolutely shocked. I'd doubt we'll see a fully new version of the PC version until its absolutely required. No idea though if Konami would see it as financially viable to convert a next-gen version to the PC.
You could be right 316 as example of previous Conami ports on PC have been via the easy port route.
Having said that, they can only rely on the existence of the PS2 for so long :D

It's strange because although it's a straight port from the PS2 it plays completely different (better, imo) on the PC..

agree there baps
i think john316 is also right
why would konami make a game that a lot of pcs wont run
if they can sell 10,000 copies of pes with a new pc engine but needing to upgrade your comp
or they can sell 100,000 copies of a ps2 port for pc which people with a mid end comp can run then which do u think they will do
i dont mind the current pc version with the patch and the new kits out and kitserver
it does look very very good prob twice as good maybe 3 times that of the original game and it plays online no probs
i wont be buying a ps3 just for pes
i got rid of my pes360 version because i was fed up with the shooting and slowness of play online
pc is where it is at i think lol

Might go for the PS3 version. Like others have said.. it's the pad that will swing it for me.
360 version will probably drop in price quickly again aswell.

There is very little info about at the moment. But Winning Eleven is due in August in Japan. Rumours are that it will be shown at a trade show next month...

Well I'll be buying the 360 version for sure. I now prefer that pad. I picked up a PS£ pad the other day and it was horrible. Feels cheap and empty, plus easy to break when I throw it on the floor in anger at conceding a goal :)
I also don't understand people using the D-pad when you have infinitely more control on the analogue sticks. Perhaps you enjoy running at right angles though..:p
Its cos the game has only a D-pad axis for turning - you gain nothing from using the Analog for movement purposes. The D-pad is more precise but the Analog is more comfortable, especially for the 360 pad.

PES doesn't support analogue controls. Your player can only run in 1 of 8 directions wether you use analog or the d-pad. If anything the analog gives you a greater margin of error. You can push the stick in 360 degrees, that's 45 degrees per direction :dork: if your out 1 degreee your player will run in the other direction. No chance of being out with the d-pad as you can only press it in 8 directions.

Exactly what he said.

Because the 360's d-pad is ******* *****.
But it's the lesser of 2 evils as a wise man once said.
When playing on the 360 I use analog, but that's only because the d-pad is in a gay position (much like the PS2 analogue or the gamecube d-pad are in gay positions)
The turning circle with the 360 version is worse than my Missus' people carrier.
Still waiting for the PES pad for 360. If they don't release it I'm going to defect to PS3 :D

didn't you order that blue hyori pad for the 360

The d-pad/analogue stick debate seems largely irrelevant to me. Yes, the d-pad has logic on its side, but it's not like it's impossible to hit the wrong direction on a d-pad. Anyway, who gives a chuff if you're **** at other aspects of the game :p
And using d-pads makes my poor thumb ache after a while. Analogue sticks don't.
Just been reading that the PS3 version in Japan has been delayed till early September so I'd imagine that will yield a month delay here as well :(
