360 problem- Both wireless pads flashing.

When i turn on one or both of my wireless pads they both start flashing and do so untill they are turned off again, they wont respond to anything,both are fully charged. Anyone have any ideas what the problem could be?:?:

The bottom right quadrant of one of mine flashes dimly when its off.

Have you tried re-syncing them?

all quadrants flash at the same time on my 2 wireless pads, i have a wired pad which works fine.
How do i re sync them?

You hold the little round button next to the LB button and then hold the equivalent button on the Xbox itself (to the right of the memory card slots) until the controller and console both flash one quadrant.

Press the button on the front of the console with the ))) and the same button on top of the pad
