I experienced my first problem with Play recently, when my x-files season 3 boxset came through the post it was battered and broken so I phoned them up and was told to return it for a replacement. In next to no time my replacement arrived but this time instead of being in a padded envelope it came in a box which was nicely padded out to aid the protection of my dvds.

All the boxsets I`ve ordered from Play have always came in boxes with polystyrene chips. Can`t understand why they`d use a Jiffy. :confused:

My Apes box came from Play in a jiffy. Couple of dings to the corners but couldn’t be bothered to go through the hassle of returning it. They’d save themselves some money if they shipped box sets in hard packaging as standard.
